What is this promotion code?
Now and then we start a promotion campaign and distribute promotion codes by email to our customers.
If you have a valid promotion code you can save money. Every code has a value of 5,- EUR reduction.
The only thing you have to to is to enter the code in the field.
You find this field on the overview page of your shopping cart.
Every promotion code has a minimum order value that must be reached.
Why do I have to pay a return debit note?
If a direct debit from your bank account does not work we have to pay the return debit note to your bank. So we must forward this fee to you.
Did you receive my order?
After every successfull order you will receive a confirmation by email. If you did receive this email you can be sure that we received and processed your order.
If you did not receive this email, please check if the email address which is entered in your account is valid and working.
Additionally every order which has not been processed, yet, is displayed in your backorder list.
Where is my shipping? Why does shipping take so long?
With every shipping a delivery information email is automatically sent to you. In this email you find a tracking number and a weblink to the homepage of the shipping company. With this tracking number you can get information on where your parcel is right now.
My parcel was sent yesterday. When does it arrive
We can not tell exactly. Deliveries wihin Germany usually take 1-2 days.
I forgot my login data.
The shop can send you your login data to the email address.
When was my parcel sent?
An automatic delivery notification is sent to you when we give your parcel to the mail-order firm.
Additionally you can have a look at your past invoices in your account management. Usually the parcel is shipped the same day the invoice has been created.
How do I know if an article is on stock?
Yes, all articles are on stock and will be shipped right after your order.
My email address has changed, must I register again?
No, just go to the account management and change you email address.
How can I change my customer number?
You can't.
My personal data has changed. What should I do?
Go to your account management. There you can change your personal data.
I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email. What went wrong?
If you did not receive a confirmation email but saw the message that the order was completed successfully there is something wrong with your email address, mostly. Please chack your backorders the next day. If your ordered articles do not appear in your backorders, please contact us by phone or email.
Which Credit Cards do you accept?
Amex, Visa and Mastercard.
How do I order / pay by credit card?
The same way as usual.
Please go to your account management and enter your credit card data in the appropriate field befor placing an order.
When will I receive my articles?
That depends on the delivery option you chose.
If you chose direct delivery, we will send you the article as soon as the arrive. Beside direct delivery you can chosse delivery at a special date or when a certain value of available backorders has been reached.
Which kind of package do you use?
We use high quality packages made of receycled material that protect your articles from damage.
payment of customs duty
You have to pay customes.
We must declare the worth of parcels that are sent to countries outside of the EU on a duty form.
The customs officers can open parcels without us knowing. We don't have any influence on that.
We also can not predict the amount of fees that have to be payed as the fees vary from country to country.
We kindly ask you to respect your local custom laws.
How long does the shipping take?
Deliveries within Germany usually take between 1 and 3 days.
We delivery on 5 days a week. ON saturdays and sundays we do not ship.

Is it save to submit my payment details?
Shopping at www.vinyl24.de is very safe und your payment data is submitted 128 SLL encrypted.
This is the highest commercially available encryption.
Which countries do you serve?
In principle the whole world.
Where is my parcel?
You will receive a email as soon as we handed your parcel over to the mail-order firm. In this email you find a link to query the status of your shipment.
How much is the delivery?
You can query all shipping costs when you click Information => Shipping costs.
Please choose the country to which the parcels will be sent.
Adding articles to my order
If you place an order all articles will be added to your backorders.
As soon as we create a parcel for you all articles will be added to this parcel.
Where do I find your terms and conditions?
Please click Terms and Cond. on the bottom right
Why do you need a copy of my Credit Card and ID card?
Due to legal- and security reasons this is sometimes neccessary.
Why is payment by COD that expensive?
The mail-order firms raise C.O.D. fees which we can not influence.
Tip:
Pay by PayPal or credit card.
Can I pay on comission / on account?
No, sorry.
Return debit note fees
If we get a return debit note from your bank because your account does not have sufficient coverage, we forward the incurring costs to you.
What is the difference between a debit order and a bank collection.
The bottom line is no difference. A debit order must be confirmed by your bank institute and gives us more security.
When will my debit order be activated?
As soon as the form arrives.
The form must be filled in completely. Most important are your signature and the signature and stamp of your bank institute.
Can I edit the date of payment?
Deduction from a customer account is completely automated. A manual delay is not possible.
My account is locked, why?
This can have several reasons.

Which mail-order firm do you use?
We have cooperations with:
- UPS
- GLS
- Deutscher Post / DHL
Usually the customer can decide which company should bring his parcels.
but not every company is availabe in every country.
What are reviews?
Reviews are the opinions of our customers concerning the product.
Every customer can write a review and therewith leave his opiniono and a rating for other customers.
Of course it is prohibited to write offensive, some kind radical or pronografic reviews.
Why was my review deleted?
Our review system has filters to avoid the follwoing types of reviews: - Reviews which contain porn, defamation or * wing extremist content. - Mass reviews of one user - self-praise of a producer or artist.
