Just six months after the release of their stellar 'Romantic Thrills' LP and its two vinyl remix packages, Niconé & Sascha Braemer are back with a banger. For 'And I just' they enlist good friend Dan Caster as well as vocalist A.L.E.C. to dazzling results: a deep, moody bass groover whose synth motif climbs and climbs until it finally explodes into beautifully arranged vocal deep house territory. On the A2, the duo is taking you 'For a Ride' of guitar loops, crunchy claps, lush synths and heavy bass-lines that revolve around a deliciously ambiguous vocal. Dale gives the boys a hand for title-track 'Broken Heart' on the flip. If heartache always sounds this incredibly satisfying, we hope the triplets' vascular organs keep on breaking.
